Menus are part of all WordPress themes, so are of this one. To assign them, go at Appearance > Menus and create a new menu. When creating the menu add all your desired pages to the right and assign it by ticking the box Main Menu at the bottom. Incase you have imported the dummy content, all you have to do is only tick the box to assign them.
