Footer widgets option is placed at Theme Options > Footer > Widgets.

• Widgets – Enable the widgets in footer, there are in total 4 widgets designed for footer, it depends on the columns you choose in the field above to create them, if you’re choosing 2, only two will appear in Appearance > Widgets and so on.
• Widgets Columns – Choose between 2-4 columns of widgets. Default is 3 columns. The option will pop up only after you enable the above field.
• Widgets Spacing – Add top and bottom spacing for the widget, default is 70 pixels at top and 50 at bottom. The option can be inherited or changed for each page.

If you want to add instagram feed to the widgets, install the plugin WP Instgram Widget and the widget will appear and ready to be used.
