What is the smooth scroll in a page? When you click on a menu item it does not send you to the link but it scrolls down to a certain section.
1) Enable smooth scroll animation in Theme Options > Header > Layout.
2) Create custom links with unique URL’s, you can connect that link with the row id.
3) Edit your page and at the Row settings you will see a field which says ‘Row ID’, enter the ID you have created earlied for that section and you’re done.
